Enzymatic Hydrolyzate
Enzymatic hydrolysis is achieved by proteases present in the in the biological compound we collect from live snails (collagenase and gellatinase enzymes that modify (breakdown) proteins. Enzymatic hydrolysis increases the number of molecules in solution by splitting proteins into peptides. Upon enzymatic hydrolysis of the peptide bonds in a protein, new amino groups are released - one amino group for each peptide bond broken.

Structure of Protein
Proteins are long chains of amino acids linked by peptide bonds. During hydrolysis these peptide bonds are broken into shorter parts --peptides, polypeptides and amino acids.

A micrometre is one-millionth of a metre - one-thousandth of a millimetre. One micron is about a tenth of the diameter of a droplet of mist or fog. It can be written in scientific notation as 1×10−6 m, meaning 1 / 1,000,000 m.

Yet it's on this hard ground that most products are meant to work.
